Operations Manager – Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Home Appliances Maintenance

Location: Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop our maintenance business specializing in refrigeration, air conditioning, and home appliances.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily maintenance operations.

* Lead and supervise technicians and assistants.

* Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

* Manage workshop activities and repair workflow.

* Supervise purchasing, refurbishing, and resale of used appliances.

* Control spare parts inventory and workshop organization.

* Prepare daily operational reports.

* Support business growth and expansion into commercial maintenance contracts with companies, hotels, serviced apartments, and other facilities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, and home appliance maintenance.

* Previous experience managing technicians or supervising a maintenance workshop.

* Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to build and manage an efficient team.

* Long-term commitment and professional work ethic.
