At Prime Tours and Travel, we don’t just book trips—we make travel dreams happen. Whether it’s a family reunion across the world, a last-minute business trip, or a deeply important Umrah pilgrimage, we pride ourselves on delivering smooth, stress-free experiences.
We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and genuinely friendly Ticketing & Customer Relations Specialist to join our tight-knit team. If you love talking to people, have a knack for solving travel puzzles, and pride yourself on being 100% reliable, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
You’ll be the face (and voice) of Prime Tours. Your main goals will be keeping our customers happy, getting them where they need to go, and helping our office run like a well-oiled machine.
Customer Connection: Answer inquiries, chat with clients, and build long-term relationships so they always think of Prime Tours first.
Flights & Booking: Issue new tickets, handle re-issuing, and process date changes smoothly when travel plans inevitably change.
Curating Experiences: Sell and put together awesome travel itineraries and specialized Umrah packages for our clients.
Office Teamwork: Help out with other daily tasks to keep the travel office organized and welcoming.
What we are looking for:

A Natural Communicator: You are a great speaker, an active listener, and you know how to make people feel heard and taken care of.
Transparent & Trustworthy: You will be handling bookings and basic financial transactions, so a high level of honesty and transparency in accounting/money handling is non-negotiable.
Relationship-Driven: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can maintain a warm, professional relationship with clients even during busy travel seasons.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with GDS/ticketing software is a major plus, but a quick-learning mindset is what matters most.
