🏗️ We’re Hiring Façade Design Coordinator (GRC & UHPC)

📍 Location: Qiddiya Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a talented Façade Design Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious project in Qiddiya, Riyadh. If you have experience in façade design coordination and a strong background in GRC & UHPC systems, we’d love to hear from you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate the design development of GRC & UHPC façade systems from concept through construction.

2- Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.

3- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and as-built documentation.

4- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, structural engineers, BIM modelers, and production teams.

5- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international façade standards.

6- Support production and installation teams by resolving technical issues.

7- Monitor design progress and ensure timely project delivery.

8- Participate in value engineering to optimize design, cost, and constructability.

9- Maintain accurate records of design revisions, RFIs, and approvals.

✅ Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

– 2–6 years of experience in façade design coordination.

– Experience with GRC, UHPC, Precast, or Façade Systems is highly preferred.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Rhino/Grasshopper, and BIM coordination tools.

– Familiarity with structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro or ANSYS is an advantage.

– Good understanding of international standards (EN, ASTM, BS, ACI).

– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

⭐ Preferred

– Experience on large-scale or mega construction projects.

– Knowledge of GRC/UHPC manufacturing and installation processes.

– Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
