Position: Fleet Supervisor

Department: Equipment & Fleet Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance of all company equipment and vehicles.

• Ensure proper scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Monitor equipment performance, availability, and readiness for operations.

• Coordinate with workshops, mechanics, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for all fleet activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Support continuous improvement of fleet efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment maintenance, or workshop supervision.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Ability to manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair workflows.

• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and using maintenance tracking systems.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise mechanics and coordinate with site teams.

• Familiarity with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment compliance standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational needs.
