التقدم الى MEP Engineer (Technical Designing) in Riyadh

We are searching for a MEP Design Engineer for Technical Engineering Department for the our project of King AbdulAziz Road in Riyadh as per the following mandatory criteria:

1. Wet Utilities: 8-10+ years managing deep stormwater/sewer gravity networks and potable water mainlines.

2. Specialized Systems: Direct experience with underpass flood-prevention pumping stations and tunnel ventilation/lighting clearances.

3. Dry Utilities & ITS: Proven management of MV/LV power relocations, telecom trenching, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (gantries, DMS, LCS, RWIS) in active corridors.

4. Digital Coordination (BIM): Capable of reviewing federated 3D models (LOD 300-400) to validate spatial clearances and route utilities around massive structural hard points (bridge piers, PT tendon zones).

5. Document Control: Must be highly disciplined in operating within strict Common Data Environments (e.g., Civils.ai), utilizing pre-structured system categories rather than relying on ad-hoc custom folders
