We are looking for an HR Officer (Recruitment) to join our HR Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates from the local market.
Screen and shortlist applicants.
Coordinate and conduct online and face-to-face interviews.
Prepare and issue job offers.
Handle the complete sponsorship transfer process for selected candidates.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Saudi local hiring process and sponsorship transfers is preferred.
