About the Company
Al Himam Working Contracting Company is an established construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of our continued growth and diversification, we are expanding into a new trading division focused on importing and distributing high-quality products from China, India, Vietnam, and other international markets.
We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to play a key role in establishing and growing this new business division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, conducting product research, coordinating with international manufacturers, and developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify products with strong demand and future growth potential in the Saudi Arabian market.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Identify and establish relationships with manufacturers and suppliers in China, India, Vietnam, and other international markets.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding quotations, product specifications, samples, pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Source new products and evaluate their commercial viability before market introduction.
Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, distributors, contractors, retailers, and corporate customers.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and market reports.
Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to identify new business opportunities.
Support management in developing long-term business growth strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Trading, Procurement, or a similar role within Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer buying trends.
Experience dealing with international suppliers or import/export activities will be an added advantage.
Excellent market research and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid Saudi driving licence (mandatory).
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business development activities.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into profitable business ventures.
