🚨 WE ARE HIRING – Construction Manager (Roads & Infrastructure Projects) 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for roads and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

📍 Position:

Construction Manager

✅ Experience:

Saudi Nationals: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Construction Manager.

Non-Saudi Candidates: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager.

Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.

Contractor experience is mandatory.

Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Strong knowledge of construction management practices, project execution, and Saudi standards.

Previous experience managing roads and infrastructure projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities on site.

Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with technical office, planning, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and consultants.

Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and productivity.

Resolve technical and construction-related issues.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.

Manage manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently.

Coordinate inspections and client meetings.

Prepare progress reports and support project management in achieving project milestones.

📌 General Requirements:

Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.

Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, Municipalities, or similar government clients is an advantage.

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and utility coordination.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

Immediate availability or a transferable Iqama is preferred.
