📢 We’re Hiring HR Assistant – EPC Recruitment
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Gulfaar Group is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our recruitment team for ongoing EPC projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and candidate documentation
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
Support employee mobilization and onboarding
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience
EPC/Oil & Gas recruitment experience preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Immediate joiners preferred
