Job Description

Arabian Talents Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manpower Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the manpower supply or recruitment industry and be capable of developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

– Generate new clients for manpower supply services.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients.

– Identify business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

– Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

– Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely manpower deployment.

– Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manpower sales or recruitment sales. if you have no experience in the field of manpower then don’t try to contact.

– Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian manpower industry.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Fluent in English and Arabic both.

– Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).

– Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
