About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Fabrication Welder to join our busy workshop.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, precisely cutting materials, and executing high-quality welds on various metal structures.

Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols to fabricate metal structures.

Perform welding tasks using [MIG / TIG / Stick / SMAW / FCAW] on mild steel and stainless steel components.

Prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and beveling.Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards.Safely operate workshop equipment, including saws, grinders, and drill presses.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum [3 to 5] years of proven experience in metal fabrication and welding.

Skills: Proficiency in multi-process welding and reading technical drawings.

Certifications: Relevant welding certificates (e.g., AWS D1.1) are highly desirable.

Location: Must currently reside in Bahrain and hold a valid LMRA work visa (or be willing to transfer locally).

Strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.
