Operations & Sales Coordinator (Saudi National)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Saudi National to join our team as an Operations & Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the Sales and Operations teams by managing daily logistics activities, preparing professional correspondence, and coordinating transportation and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation and customs clearance.

Draft professional emails, quotations, proposals, and business correspondence.

Coordinate with customers, transporters, customs brokers, shipping lines, and other service providers.

Monitor and follow up on shipment status to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.

Support the Sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Saudi National (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills.

Knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is preferred.
