• Troubleshooting and repairing faulty fire protection equipment

• Ensuring compliance with local fire safety codes and regulations

• Keeping maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs

• Responding to emergency breakdowns or fire system faults

• Conducting safety checks in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings

• Coordinating with engineers, safety officers, and contractors during installations

• Training staff or occupants on proper use of firefighting equipment

• Monitoring fire pumps, emergency exits, and evacuation systems

• Recommending replacement or upgrades for outdated equipment
