Coordinate and compile bid submission documents for tenders and pre-qualifications.

Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process

Organize efforts across departments for tendering activities and contract reviews.

Gather and communicate customer bid requirements, queries, and requests for information.

Review incoming tenders, noting due dates, project timelines, and submission requirements.

Collect tender information from sources like the Bahrain Tender Board and market research.
