التقدم الى Recruiter – (Staff & Workers) in Manama

To support hiring for our manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of both staff and blue-collar workers, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and overseas talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for production-related positions.

Lead bulk hiring campaigns for skilled and semi-skilled workers from local and international markets.

Plan and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and overseas hiring events.

Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Requirements

3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, interiors, construction, or related industries.

Proven experience in bulk hiring and overseas recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel for recruitment campaigns and hiring drives.

Experience in GCC recruitment and knowledge of regional labor markets will be a distinct advantage.
