✅ Requirements

Mandatory experience in the Mobile Accessories & IT Products industry

Proven experience in branch operations and team management

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to achieve branch sales and operational targets

Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills

Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

💼 Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the branch

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team

Ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets and KPIs

Monitor branch sales performance and prepare reports

Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Coordinate with management on business strategies and branch performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Train and develop team members to improve performance

Drive business growth and maintain a productive work environment
