Key Responsibilities

• Execution: Supervise and verify all architectural works, ensuring they meet engineering specifications and safety codes.

• Site Inspection: Perform rigorous inspections of materials and workmanship at various stages of construction.

• Architectural Integration: Oversee architectural finishing and ensure a high-quality interface between structural components and final designs.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of field experience in architectural engineering.

• Core Competencies: Proven experience in both structural work and architectural finishing/inspection.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.

• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 3,400 – SAR 3,500 (determined by years of experience).
