التقدم الى Mechanical / Electrical Engineer Support (Power Plant) – Rental in Dammam

Scope of Services

The contractor should provide competent Mechanical and Electrical

Engineers to support day-to-day field activities, maintenance

coordination, troubleshooting, inspection, and supervision activities at

UGP facilities.

The supplied manpower shall support, but not be limited to the

following activities:

• Monitoring and supervising maintenance activities in the field.

• Supporting preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance

activities.

• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and

electrical equipment issues.

• Coordinating with operation, maintenance, and contractor teams

during execution of maintenance work.

• Supporting outage preparation, execution, and close-out activities.

• Ensuring compliance with plant safety procedures, PTW

requirements, and company HSE standards.

• Reviewing maintenance quality and ensuring work execution aligns

with approved procedures and OEM recommendations.

• Supporting reporting, documentation, and work order follow-up

activities.

• Providing technical support for rotating equipment, static

equipment, electrical systems, and associated auxiliaries as

applicable.

All personnel shall be experienced in power plant operation and

maintenance environments.

Competency Requirements

Competency shall be assessed based on:

• Academic qualifications relevant to discipline.

• Professional certifications where applicable.

• Practical experience in power plant operation and maintenance.

• Familiarity with applicable O&M practices, international standards,

and plant safety requirements.

Ability to manage field activities independently and coordinate

effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preference shall be given to personnel with previous experience in:

• Balance of Plant equipment

• Outage and shutdown activities

Work Location

The assigned personnel shall provide support at UGP site and related

operational areas as directed by the company.

General Requirements

• Personnel shall comply with all company safety rules, security

requirements, and site regulations.

• Contractor shall ensure manpower availability throughout the

contract duration without interruption.

• Any replacement personnel shall meet or exceed the same

competency requirements.

• Mobilization shall be completed on urgent basis to avoid

manpower shortage during the outage period.
