Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician performs routine and emergency maintenance for restaurant facilities and commercial kitchen equipment to ensure continuous, high-efficiency operations and maintain kitchen readiness in accordance with quality and safety standards.

🔧 Tasks & Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment.

Handle emergency breakdowns swiftly to minimize kitchen downtime and prevent disruptions to restaurant operations.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers, chillers, and dishwashers).

Install and replace necessary spare parts in accordance with company standards.

Submit periodic reports to the maintenance supervisor regarding equipment status and recurring malfunctions.

Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures during maintenance tasks.

Support the team in executing technical projects and improving system performance.

📋 Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong expertise in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.

A valid driving license is preferred.
