Hiring – Solar EPC Company (Direct Hiring)

We are a Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Company looking to hire personnel for a short-term rental-based project, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

We are NOT a manpower supplier.

Positions & Hourly Rates

Electrical Site Supervisor – SAR 18.50/hour

Solar Technician – SAR 13.00/hour

General Labourer – SAR 9.50/hour

Working Schedule

6 days per week

10–12 hours per day

Company Benefits

Food allowance: SAR 500 per month

Company-provided accommodation

Company transportation between accommodation and project site

Requirements

Electrical Site Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

3–5 years of relevant experience

Proven experience supervising solar PV installation projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Strong knowledge of solar site execution, coordination, and reporting

Solar Technician

Hands-on experience in on-grid solar PV installation

Experience in testing and commissioning of small solar projects

Ability to read drawings and work safely on site

General Labourer

Physically fit and willing to work on construction/solar project sites

Previous construction or solar project experience is an advantage
