Junior Storekeeper Requirements:

Job Summary

The Junior Storekeeper is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing construction materials (Civil & MEP). The role focuses on accurate material handling, maintaining organized storage areas, and assisting in inventory control under supervision. This position requires a reliable and disciplined individual capable of working independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and checking materials against delivery documents.

• Support material storage and arrangement in designated warehouse locations.

• Handle material issuance (outbound) as per approved requests.

• Assist in maintaining accurate stock records (manual or system-based).

• Participate in inventory counts and stock verification activities.

• Ensure proper labeling and identification of Civil and MEP materials.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse/store area.

• Support documentation such as delivery notes, issue slips, and material logs.

• Coordinate with supervisors and site team to ensure material availability.

• Follow instructions from the Senior Storekeeper and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping (construction experience preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Civil & MEP materials is an advantage.

• Basic documentation required).

• Good communication skills in English and/or Arabic.

• Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
