We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting field.

Strong knowledge of billing processes and ERP accounting systems.

Experience in VAT invoicing, VAT compliance, and related documentation.

Knowledge of accounts payable records and supplier reconciliation.

Experience in bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.

Ability to prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.

Knowledge of accounts receivable and follow-up of outstanding payments.

Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Ability to maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment documents.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in VAT-related reports and compliance requirements.

Support financial reporting and audit requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for accounting matters.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations is required.
