Job Description: Operation Coordinator

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Position Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

Acts as the central point of contact to ensure smooth, efficient, and aligned day-to-day operations by coordinating between clients, technicians, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and prioritize daily technician schedules to prevent last-minute, unplanned emergency work.

Communication Hub:Manage all critical operational emails, including quotations, approvals, and client follow-ups.

Process Compliance: Enforce a strict “Zero Work Without Approval” policy (100% email approvals and quotations secured prior to job execution).

App Adoption: Drive full team utilization of the company’s internal Operations App for tracking invoices and delivery notes.

Field & Tech Support: Handle daily tracking of technical teams, address field issues, and monitor basic HR logistics (attendance, leaves, and incentives).

Reporting: Ensure timely generation and delivery of service data (including RO Plant and Swimming Pool maintenance metrics) to clients.

Success Indicators

100% of jobs planned, tracked, and completed on time.

100% quotation and email approvals secured before work begins.

High application compliance and accurate, seamless documentation.

Punctual, motivated, and well-coordinated field teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in operational coordination, logistics, or scheduling.

Strong tech-literacy (experience with operational apps, Excel, and business email).

Assertive communication style with the ability to firmly enforce company compliance and workflows.

Ability to manage multiple moving parts and conflicting schedules calmly.

Familiarity with technical service sectors (water treatment or facility maintenance) is a plus.
