NASCO is looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our growing team.

Position:

Business Development & Project Manager

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Experience in Saudi Aramco and Government Projects is mandatory.

Industry:

• Construction

• Maintenance

• Waste Management Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute ongoing Aramco and Government contracts.

• Generate new business opportunities and secure new contracts.

• Prepare and submit bidding proposals and tender documents.

• Handle prequalification submissions and all related documentation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collections.

• Achieve business development targets and project objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Aramco and Government contracting.

• Strong knowledge of tendering, bidding, prequalification, and contract documentation.

• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

• Valid Saudi driving license.

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
