we are is looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

* Welcome and seat guests with a friendly attitude.

* Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.

* Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently.

* Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

* Handle customer requests and resolve complaints politely.

* Follow restaurant hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum years of professional experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.

Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.

Basic English communication is required. Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
