التقدم الى CSA ESTIMATION ENGINEER (FILIPINO) in Jeddah

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented CSA Estimation Engineer (Filipino National) to join our tendering and estimation team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works. You will analyze tender documents, manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), perform detailed quantity take-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver winning proposals for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Take-Offs & BOQ Preparation: Conduct detailed material and quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and 3D models to verify, cross-reference, or construct Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Cost Estimation & Pricing: Develop detailed, bottom-up cost estimates incorporating material, labor, equipment, sub-contractor costs, and overheads for all CSA disciplines.

RFQ & Subcontractor Management: Prepare and float RFQs to vendors and subcontractors. Critically evaluate, negotiate, and compile incoming commercial quotes to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Tender & Proposal Submission: Actively contribute to drafting technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all method statements, risk assessments, and Requests for Information (RFIs) are accurately managed.

Value Engineering & Risk Analysis: Identify potential financial or technical risks in tender documents and propose value engineering alternatives to optimize project competitiveness and profit margins.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Nationality: Filipino.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in the Philippines.

Professional License: PRC Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) is highly preferred; membership in PICE is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 – 8 years of proven experience in construction estimation, tendering, or quantity surveying, with a strong focus on CSA works (e.g., industrial warehouses, commercial multi-story buildings, or infrastructure). Overseas or Gulf region experience is a significant plus.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and advanced MS Excel.

Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and cross-reference complex civil, structural, and architectural blueprints and technical specifications.

Core Competencies: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for technical reporting, strong negotiation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the resilience to perform accurately under tight tender deadlines.
