Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

Visit customers regularly and build long-term business relationships.

Promote company products through direct sales, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and customer feedback reports.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.

Promote the company’s products and services professionally in the market.

Requirements

10+ years previous sales experience (preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, appliance spare parts, electrical, or industrial products).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERPs.

Fluency in Arabic and other Asian languages (urdu, hindi etc) is an advantage.
