Job Summary:

Responsible for handling the complete tendering and estimation process in civil / electrical / mechanical, including RFQ review, BOQ preparation, costing, supplier coordination, and submission of proposals for projects such as civil works, coating & painting, facility management, and related services for a startup company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review RFQs, drawings, and project scope

* Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates

* Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

* Prepare technical & commercial proposals

* Coordinate directly with management for pricing decisions

* Submit bids within deadlines and follow up with clients

* Maintain basic records of tenders, costs, and vendor data

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

* 2–5 years experience in estimation or tendering

* Good knowledge of BOQ and costing

* Strong skills in Excel

* Experience in multiple scopes (civil, electrical, mechanical,coating, maintenance)

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

* Basic knowledge of procurement/vendor coordination
