– Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.
– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
– Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
– Interact regularly with customers (cold calling face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them.
– Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
– Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
– Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
– Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers.
– Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process.
– Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
– Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers` requirem
Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication & sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
- The ability to working and communicate cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office
