التقدم الى Civil Project Engineer in Dammam

Am looking for an experienced and dedicated **Civil project Engineer** for our Madinah project.

Project Duration is 6-8 months, so we will not transfer him and he will work on contract basis(Rental), he should provide chamber, Muqeem and Ajeer (if required)..

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Proven Expertise: A solid track record of at least 5-6 years in managing and delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.

•⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to project management and civil design.

•⁠ ⁠Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading teams and working collaboratively with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address project challenges effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

•⁠ ⁠Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adjust to evolving project requirements and challenges.

•⁠ ⁠Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and procedures in civil engineering.

* Supervise and manage daily site operations for industrial construction projects.

* Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and check their availability of manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.

* Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

* Report daily site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Management.

* Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site engineering, with industrial projects and plants

Technical Mastery: Exceptional knowledge of concrete pouring, structural steel, cladding works, site management and technical site documentation.

Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
