Job Title: Procurement Executive – Equipment Rental & Materials Sourcing

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Executive to support our operations across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing equipment rentals, construction materials, and service providers from the best available suppliers throughout the Kingdom while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

The candidate should have a strong network of suppliers and rental companies across Saudi Arabia and be capable of handling urgent project requirements efficiently. Similar procurement roles in Saudi Arabia commonly emphasize supplier sourcing, vendor management, price negotiations, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Source heavy equipment, machinery, vehicles, tools, and construction materials across Saudi Arabia.

Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and rental companies.

Negotiate the best possible rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Develop and maintain a reliable supplier and equipment rental database.

Coordinate with project and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.

Ensure timely delivery and mobilization of equipment and materials.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare RFQs, comparison sheets, purchase orders, and procurement reports.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and rental companies across the Kingdom.

Support branches in Riyadh, Dammam, and Tabuk with procurement requirements.
