We are supporting a major integrated energy & hydrogen development program in the NEOM region, partnering with a global operator on high‑visibility assignments aligned with Saudi Aramco‑level engineering, safety, and execution standards.

These roles offer exceptional exposure to complex electrical systems, multi‑disciplinary coordination, and advanced grid‑integration challenges within one of the Kingdom’s most strategic giga‑projects.

🔧 1. Senior Electrical Engineer

⚡ 2. Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

📍 Location: NEOM / Duba, Saudi Arabia

🧭 Engagement: Site‑based roles with structured rotation

🛠️ Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 10 hours/day (industry standard)

🌐 Open to Expat Professionals

✨ Key Responsibilities

Provide electrical engineering support across major plant units including ASU, AWE/Hydrogen, Ammonia, utilities, storage, jetty, and central power systems.

Lead troubleshooting, RCA, TQs/RFIs, punch closure, ORI activities, and field change management.

Review and redline electrical deliverables: SLDs, grounding, protection schemes, relay logic, cable sizing, system studies (ETAP/SKM), UPS systems, and hazardous area design.

Coordinate with construction, pre‑commissioning, CSU, operations, vendors, and EPC contractors.

Ensure compliance with Saudi standards (HCIS, SBC, Saudi Grid Code) and international codes (IEC/IEEE/NFPA).

Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability assessments, and operational readiness.

Provide leadership in grid integration, power quality, harmonics, STATCOM, BESS, and high‑voltage substation interfaces (for Senior Principal level).

Mentor and develop engineering teams, promoting technical excellence and high‑performance culture.

🎯 Candidate Profile

Senior Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

10–15 years of experience in design, construction, commissioning & start‑up

Strong expertise in MV/LV systems, grounding, protection coordination, and hazardous area design

Experience with rotating equipment, VFDs/VSDs, rectifiers, and power quality systems

Strong communication and multi‑discipline coordination skills

Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

15–20 years of experience in EPC/EPCM mega‑projects

Deep expertise in MV/LV systems, protection, hazardous area design, and grid integration

Strong leadership, decision‑making, and multi‑discipline coordination capability

Proficiency in ETAP/SKM and digital engineering tools
