Key Responsibilities

* Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.

* Measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble steel and stainless steel components.

* Fabricate products according to approved drawings and dimensions.

* Perform tack welding and assist welders during fabrication.

* Operate fabrication equipment and power tools safely.

* Ensure dimensional accuracy before welding and finishing.

* Grind, polish, and finish stainless steel surfaces to architectural standards.

* Assist installation teams during site works when required.

* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

* Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Products & Systems Experience

Candidates should have experience fabricating one or more of the following:

* Stainless Steel Handrails

* Glass Handrail Systems

* Balustrades

* Steel Structures

* Decorative Stainless Steel Works

* Access Ladders

* Access Hatches

* Steel Doors & Gates

* Fences & Screens

* Cladding Support Frames

* Architectural Metal Works

* Platforms & Walkways

* Trench Covers & Gratings

* Custom Fabrication Projects

Required Skills

* Ability to read fabrication drawings independently.

* Strong knowledge of steel and stainless steel fabrication methods.

* Experience using:

* Band Saw

* Cut-Off Machine

* Drill Press

* Magnetic Drill

* Angle Grinder

* Polishing Machines

* Measuring Tools

* Knowledge of:

* Material Cutting

* Fitting & Assembly

* Layout & Marking

* Grinding & Finishing

* Stainless Steel Polishing

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years experience in steel and stainless steel fabrication.

* Experience in architectural metal works preferred.

* GCC experience is an advantage.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

* Technical or vocational training in fabrication or welding.

* Basic welding knowledge (MIG/TIG) preferred.

* Ability to work from shop drawings without continuous supervision.

* Fit to work in workshop and site environments.

* Ability to lift materials and handle fabrication equipment.

* Willingness to work overtime when required.

A hands-on fabricator with proven experience in steel and stainless steel architectural works, capable of producing high-quality fabrication for handrails, decorative metal works, access systems, structural components, and custom projects with minimal supervision.
