We are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement Officer to support our growing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing suppliers, ensuring timely availability of materials, and supporting day-to-day supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of required materials and supplies.
Communicate with suppliers, collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Maintain supplier records and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and inventory requirements.
Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
Maintain proper documentation related to purchases, invoices, and deliveries.
Assist in improving procurement processes and reducing operational costs.
Support logistics and supply chain activities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of supplier management and purchasing processes.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other systems) is an advantage.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong Excel skills and reporting ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
Benefits:
Salary package SAR 4,000/month.
