Urgently Hiring – Personal Assistant cum Secretary cum Driver
Job Description:
Must be a trustworthy, highly organized professional capable of managing schedules, coordinating office or household tasks, and safely operating vehicles to ensure the employer’s productivity and mobility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Transportation Duties
2. Secretarial & Administrative Tasks
3. Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the employer’s daily calendar, appointments and travel itineraries.
4. Correspondence: Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the employer.
5. Document Handling: Maintain confidential files, organize paperwork, and handle general office filing.
6. Personal Assistance & Errands
7. Personal Logistics: Run personal errands, manage household/office supplies, and handle bill payments or banking duties.
8. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of personal or corporate events and meetings.
Essential Qualifications
• Driver’s License: A valid, clean driver’s license
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of combined experience in driving,
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Arabic where applicable).

• Discretion: High degree of integrity, honesty, and the ability to handle highly confidential information securely.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when requested.
• Problem-Solving: Strong multitasking, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: SAR 2700 .00
