– Represent company services in a professional and successful manner.
– A positive customer service experience.
– Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.

– Interact regularly with customers (cold calling face-to-face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend a suitable solution for them.

– Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to
management Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old customers.
– Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
– Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure the smooth handling of the customers
