Urgently Required: FM Operations Leader (Electrical Background)

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring an experienced FM Operations Leader with a strong Electrical background to support Facilities Management operations, including Hard and Soft Services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities (PM & CM)

• Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors

• Ensure SLA compliance and service quality

• Conduct client visits and maintain relationships

• Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking

• Support quotations and invoicing processes

• Provide technical support for Electrical, HVAC & Low Current systems

• Follow up FM projects and technical upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years FM experience

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC & Low Current systems

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Experience in PM & CM execution

• Microsoft Office skills

• CAFM experience is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Saudi market

• Driving license preferred
