We’re Hiring Site Engineer

GST International is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, KSA

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of projects while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards

• Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site

• Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently

• Verify measurements and ensure accurate execution of work

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects

• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution

• UAE experience is an advantage

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
