Landscape Supervisor

FLOW Consortium is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to support landscape maintenance activities across the Metro network.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation, and seasonal upkeep.

Lead and guide landscapers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Monitor the health of plants, shrubs, trees, and lawns, and oversee pest and disease control activities.

Inspect and maintain irrigation systems and coordinate corrective actions when required.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental standards.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using the maintenance management system.

Support emergency and shift duties when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping maintenance and grounds care.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.

Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Basic English communication skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
