التقدم الى BIM Engineer/BIM Modular (MEP)/ BIM Expert in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced BIM MEP Expert / BIM Modeler to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical infrastructure project involving the development of a major electrical substation, requiring BIM models from LOD 300 (Design Development) through LOD 500 (As-Built).

Create detailed MEP models in Autodesk Revit from LOD 300 to LOD 500

Develop accurate families for all MEP equipment and fixtures

Model cable containment, ducting, piping with proper supports and clearances

✅ Coordination & Clash Detection:

Perform Navisworks clash detection runs (5 scheduled runs)

Resolve hard clashes, soft clashes, and clearance issues

Attend weekly coordination meetings with all disciplines

✅ Shop Drawings & Documentation:

Produce shop drawings: SLDs, panel schedules, routing details, equipment layouts

Generate schedules: equipment, cable, lighting, panel board, fire alarm, ICT port schedules

Prepare COBie data and as-built documentation at LOD 500

Essential:

✅ 5+ years experience in BIM MEP modeling (LOD 300-500)

✅ Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP

✅ Strong experience with Autodesk Navisworks clash detection

✅ Deep understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV, panels, cable containment)

✅ Knowledge of HVAC ducting, plumbing, and fire suppression systems

✅ Familiarity with SBC, IEC, NFPA, SASO standards

✅ Experience with COBie data preparation and IFC exports

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
