Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage drivers and equipment operations in the Eastern Province. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage drivers and monitor their daily activities.

* Oversee equipment operations and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

* Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.

* Coordinate the movement and utilization of vehicles and equipment.

* Monitor operational performance and solve any issues that arise.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in operations management, particularly in managing drivers and equipment.

* Good knowledge of equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
