Job Opportunity: AutoCAD Designer (Metal Fabrication)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our team in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in creating precise technical drawings for sheet metal and structural fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings, flat patterns, and assembly layouts using AutoCAD.

Convert engineering concepts and sketches into accurate shop drawings for the production line.

Ensure all designs comply with factory manufacturing capabilities and international standards (e.g., ISO 2768 tolerances).

Calculate material allowances, bending deductions, and cutting lists for sheet metal (Galvanized Iron, CR, HR steel).

Modify and update existing drawings based on feedback from the production and quality control teams.

Coordinate closely with production managers and engineers to resolve design issues before manufacturing begins.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the metal fabrication industry as an AutoCAD Designer/Draftsman.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with sheet metal unfolding and punching/laser cutting layouts is a strong plus).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of metal fabrication processes, welding symbols, and material properties.

Location: Must be currently based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate).

Communication: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical instructions clearly.
