We are hiring Admin for an reputed construction company in Bahrain
Salary : 250 – 400 BD
Core duties & responsibilities include:
Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and organizing corporate travel.
Record-Keeping: Filing, updating computer databases, and managing physical and digital documents.
Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment (like printers), and ensuring the workspace is fully functional.
Financial Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, processing invoices, and tracking expense reports.
Cross-Departmental Support: Assisting HR, Finance, or Management with onboarding, reports, and company events.
