We’re hiring – Recruitment Specialist (Riyadh, KSA)
Join our HR team to lead end-to-end recruitment for large construction, hospitality and real-estate projects. We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen and mobilize skilled and unskilled manpower via direct sourcing and through recruitment agencies across South Asia. Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and NaukriGulf, agency management, visa/onboarding experience and mobilization dashboard ownership are essential.
Role highlights:
🔹Location: Riyadh – must be currently in KSA with transferable Iqama and able to join on short notice
🔹Experience: 5-10 years with proven agency-led hiring in India/Pakistan
🔹Sectors: Construction (including high-rise), Hotels, Malls – skilled & unskilled hires
🔹Key skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, agency/vendor management, visa processing, mobilization trackers
