• Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
• Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
• Interact regularly with customers (cold calling face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and
making recommendations to management.
• Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers.
• Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and
available on time to support the decision-making process.
• Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
• Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers requirements.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in logistics preferred in shipping or 2 Years’ experience in outdoor sales preferred in shipping
- Driving License, Car
