Job Title: Administrative Officer / Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintain employee attendance records and leave documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities for administrative requirements, if needed.
Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and company documentation.
Support HR activities, including on boarding and employee documentation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
