🚨 Urgent Hiring: Electromechanical Engineer – Bottling Company

📍 Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia

🏭 Industry: Bottling & Beverage Manufacturing

💰 Salary: SAR 4,000 – 6,000 + Accommodation & Transportation + Annual 30 Days Paid Leave with Return Air Ticket

🕒 Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Preferably in Bottling/FMCG Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of bottling and packaging equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Monitor and optimize the performance of production machinery, conveyors, filling machines, labeling machines, capping machines, and packaging equipment.

Diagnose faults using PLC systems, sensors, drives, motors, and control panels.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and testing activities.

Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.

Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of critical components.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capacity and reliability.

Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

✅ 3–5 years of experience in bottling plants, beverage manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial production facilities.

✅ Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, industrial control panels, and instrumentation.

✅ Experience with bottling equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, blow molding machines, and packaging lines.

✅ Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
