• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)

• Perform critical path analysis and identify float erosion risks

• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports with variance analysis

• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors on lookahead schedules

• Monitor milestone completion and flag delays early

2. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

• Prepare and verify BOQs, interim payment certificates, and final accounts

• Track material consumption vs. plan across all project sites

• Identify scope changes and quantify their cost/time impact

• Support procurement team with take-off quantities

3. Claims Specialist — Core Competency

• Identify entitlement events: delays, scope changes, site conditions, access restrictions

• Build and maintain contemporaneous delay records and evidence files

• Prepare formal claim narratives, cause-and-effect analyses, and supporting schedules

• Coordinate with legal counsel and management on claim strategy

• Review subcontractor and main contractor claims from the opposing side

• Maintain structured claims register with status, value, and documentation index

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Completed at least one full Aramco-registered project (fencing, physical security, or CCTV systems)

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration — active and valid

• Demonstrated experience preparing and submitting formal variation/claim packages

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent CPM scheduling software

• Ability to read and interpret Aramco SAES standards, HCIS requirements, and contract BOQs

• Strong documentation discipline — claim evidence must be airtight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical engineering background (particularly for CCTV, access control, and security system scopes)

• Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or Saudi construction contract frameworks

• Previous experience in multi-site projects across the Eastern Province

• Arabic and English fluency

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

This is not a junior or mid-level position. TPG operates in a high-stakes contracting environment with Aramco-regulated projects and active contractual disputes. The right candidate knows how to build a claim — not just track one. If you cannot independently identify a claim event, quantify it, and produce supporting documentation without guidance, this role is not for you.
