SALES ENGINEER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Oasis General Contracting – Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our construction business across the Eastern Province and Riyadh.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry

* Engineering background preferred

* Valid driving license

* Fluent in English and Arabic

* Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province and Riyadh market

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

* Active, smart, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making

* Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Preferred:

* Existing network within construction and industrial sectors is highly preferred

* Candidates familiar with the business culture and contractor network of the Eastern Province and Riyadh will have an advantage

* South Indian candidates are preferred due to their familiarity with the regional construction market and industry network

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients

* Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client inquiries

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

* Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits
