Property Coordinator – Immediate Hiring
We are looking for a MALE motivated and professional Property Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the Bahrain real estate/property management market.
* Valid Bahraini driving license (mandatory).
* Strong accounting and bookkeeping background.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to handle property administration, tenant relations, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance matters.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day property management operations.
* Follow up on tenancy contracts, renewals, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate financial and property records.
* Monitor rent collections and prepare reports.
* Liaise with tenants, owners, contractors, and service providers.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections.
